Subsection website migration

The clubhouse currently runs two servers for use with its websites. Both of these are costing the club a small amount of money and consequently the two sites need to be consolidated into one.
This job requires someone with an understanding of webservers to assist in the migration of the remaining subsections from one server to another. Once complete, there is no further commitments.
Has this job been completed (if so when) and subsequent savings made ??? If not what are the costs involved and why over 18 months elapse time with no action taken. Would imagine it would be easy to just drop the obsolete site as data probably invalid and outdated.

I am sorry about the delay in responding, but this did not show up as a latest append and so I did not realise anyone had added to this topic.
The simple answer is NO, it has not been completed. There are still subsection web pages that need to be migrated to this server before we can close down the old server.
